POTD 24 February 2013: Running Shoes

Next Sunday I will be running the Silverstone Half Marathon to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. (If anyone is able to sponsor me you can do so here: https://www.justgiving.com/ianbutty the money is going to a great cause).

My current running shoes have just clocked up 400 miles so it is time to replace them - so off I went to Sweat Shop in Hyde and had my gait and foot balance measured and heres's the result - one pair of beautiful new running shoes.
