POTD 28 January 2014: Heald Green URC

I am really enjoying working with Nik Software plugins for Lightroom and Photoshop. So much so that I am now really enjoying taking photos on dull, overcast, horrible weather days. For example this image of Heald Green United Reform Church was taken on a wet, rainy, dull, dark afternoon. The basic image wasn't useable but after going through HDR Pro it is. I know the HDR look isn't everyone's favourite, and I know I won't being doing it for all my images. But it IS another tool in the photographers tool kit.
