This image comes from the "Unusual Underwear" event at the studio with model Calamity. The spot light effect is a mix of studio lighting and post production in Lightroom.

Calamity was lit with two softbox either side of her and slightly behind this gives the rim lighting effect on her. The image as converted to black and white and the contrast and clarity increased.

The spotlight effect was achived by using two graduated filters in lightroom to reduce the exposure in the top left and top right triangles. Finally a an eliptical graduated filter was added round her feet to simulate where the spotlight would fall on the floor.
