POTD : Pint in to a half pint glass

.....or why I will probably fail at this 365 challenge

There simply are not enough hours in the day to do all the things I want to do. It is like trying to fit a pint into a half pint glass. Although I am starting the challenge with the best of intentions, I know it will probably get squeezed out as the year goes on. The challenge is fun and helps my photography but other things such as clients, and the tax man have a greater call on my time.

For those interested in how the shot was created I’m including my set-up shot (in the comments). In addition to the flash on the table I had an on-camera flash bouncing off the ceiling (at low power) to trigger the optical slave on the flash you can see on the table. I crouched down low and using a wide angle lens I came in close to the glass so that I can see the bottle through it. A wide depth of field (f/11) and careful manual focus gave the best compromise on what is actually in focus.
